Cylinder Test Rig


At Fluid Power Solutions we design our hydraulic systems to be totally customizable to the requirements of the client. This high pressure cylinder test rig was designed so that both low pressure and high pressure testing could occur. The system is rated to 550 bar and combines a 2000l capacity, 22kw HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) and a portable test stand for remotely operating and testing cylinders.

All of our bespoke hydraulic systems are designed and manufactured at our Doncaster based workshop.
