Pool Lift Cylinder System

At Fluid Power Solutions we are experts in creating bespoke hydraulic systems to solve challenging problems. This particular brief involved creating a hydraulic system that would uniformly lift a platform contained within a swimming pool over a period of 8 minutes.

 

This extensive time frame was required to slowly displace the water of the swimming pool around the platform being lifted so as to hide the pool beneath.

To deliver the lift we designed a unique dosing cylinder to provide equal flow to four separate stainless steel rams to provide a perfectly level uniform lift of the platform.
