At Fluid Power Solutions we design our hydraulic systems to be totally customizable to the requirements of the client. This 75kw system was a revised design of a previously supplied Fluid Power Solutions HPU.

This heavy duty power pack combines a LOLER certified lifting frame , stainless steel tank, pipework and fittings and is designed specifically to be operable in a high wear marine environment. This packs primary function is to be used to drive an umbilical winch on a ship deck.

The HPU features a custom heated stainless steel tank assembly, seawater/oil cooling, and 6 micron filtration.

All of our bespoke hydraulic systems are designed and manufactured at our Doncaster based workshop.
